Ideal for rolling out fresh pasta dough.

There is nothing better than fresh pasta. My 10 year old and I go to cooking classes (my ex-wife-to-be moved out and my kids didn't think I could cook). This is a great accessory for the Kitchen Aid Mixer; It doesn't have a cutting tool, but in our case, the hard work is rolling it out. We will continue to use this for many years to come. Fresh pasta is a very different food from store-bought dried pasta.
