I mainly use it for pizza rolls. I tried it once for a paste and it worked as expected. For the pizza dough, cut the dough into 1.5-ounce balls. Each can be rolled out into a 6-inch pizza with a relatively thin crust. I'm going with a thickness setting of 1 to 4. I find that any thinner doesn't make a good pizza texture. Overall a great product. Easy to clean, easy to apply.

There is nothing better than fresh pasta. My 10 year old and I go to cooking classes (my ex-wife-to-be moved out and my kids didn't think I could cook). This is a great accessory for the Kitchen Aid Mixer; It doesn't have a cutting tool, but in our case, the hard work is rolling it out. We will continue to use this for many years to come. Homemade egg paste is MUCH better than store bought and I don't mind mixing egg and flour but rolling the damn thing used to be a real headache. This video is MUCH easier, faster and more fun. Once you have the dough, press it down with your fingers to flatten it out a bit, then run it through the rollers a few times, starting at the widest position and working your way down until it's almost is translucent.
