Review on ARIES 2055105 VersaTrac Mounting Brackets by Chris Lapan

Works great! I am very comfortable. The construction is robust and functional. I used them to install ARIES AdvantEdge footrests. These brackets were designed for my Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab so they are very easy to install. Factory mounting points are used. No drilling. I used a flat head screwdriver to pry out the plastic plugs in the mounting holes. And a 1/2" socket wrench for attaching devices. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The pictures in the instructions didn't help much, the photocopies are black and white with low contrast. but they gave enough understanding, to make it easy to understand. it took me about an hour for each side. I'm sure a younger person could do it about twice as fast. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the package fell apart is when it arrived. Luckily Everting made it and everything was fine but the box fell apart...
