worked fine. about a month

This case completely let me down just a few weeks before the Revain return window. Contact the manufacturer but don't expect too much of my money back and don't send a piece of plastic to China for a new one that MIGHT work, probably at my expense if I need an enclosure for this drive now . Pros: Extremely easy to set up. Just insert the drive, plug it in, turn it on and you're good to go. Cons: As said, you literally just stick the drive in place. That means nothing but the pin headers themselves are holding it there. The case didn't fit my new Seagate 3.5" Barracuda Compute snugly at all, it wobbled a bit when moved even with its little foam padding which I think caused the error. It could be worse. hard drive instead of just not working anymore. But now it won't even try to spin up a disk let alone mount it in my OS. Windows doesn't even recognize it as a USB device. The light doesn't shine. I've tried swapping both cables with multiple drives, USB ports and outlets, and now my 3.5" drive isn't securely connected directly to SATA and it's working fine. I think you get what you pay for. . Spend another $10, find a damn screwdriver, and get a case you can trust. Unless their RMA process really surprises me in the best possible way, I can't imagine spending another penny on an ORICO product.
