It's been a while but I've found this mount to be perfect for my home setup. The ability to mount the Roku either vertically or horizontally was a huge plus for me. The Roku doesn't need line of sight (like an infrared remote) for you to control it, so this mount is perfect for hiding the base and freeing up the area around your TV. The glue is strong (not branded, it's a 3M product) and very effective. If you still have Roku1, 2 or 3, this is your best choice. Follow the installation instructions and you won't have any problems.
