Easy to install. This takes about 30-60 minutes - our 3 year old transitioned from a balance bike and was ready for a pedal bike but needed help coordinating pedaling with balance. It worked without spoiling our backs - after about 30 minutes he was riding his new pedal bike "alone" with a big grin on his face.
