Stem mount part - junk. You can't tighten it enough to keep the phone from spinning. If overtightened, it will destroy the stock rubber insert and render the whole unusable. In theory, this is a great idea. A terrible achievement indeed! I would not recommend wasting money on this mount. At least part of the stem mount. This is rubbish and anyone who spent money on it should be returned for fraud! All the people saying this mount is great and works great are obviously RAM mount guys or something. Maybe they just have the cash to spend on a $1,100+ new phone. We've installed three of them on three different bikes and none work as advertised and all three do the same thing - spin no matter how tight. You tighten the screw and destroy the rubber insert. 2018 GSXR750 - 2013 ZX14 - 2006 GSXR600 EDIT: We found a way to prevent these mounts from rotating. Removing the metal washer from the system and allowing the bottom of the ball joint to contact the rubber insert creates enough friction between them to hold the ball joint in place and prevent it from rotating. Like I said - great idea, horrible execution on the RAM mount part.
