I've been waiting for my review for two months but nothing has changed, I'm very happy with my purchase. I use this monitor with a newer Thinkpad as well as my early 2011 MacBook Pro. I was very skeptical that my old MacBook Pro would select 3440 x 1440 on a Thunderbolt1 to HDMI adapter but it works with no issues. My setup: The Thinkpad is connected to the USB-C port of the monitor and also draws power from there, so that the power supply is no longer needed. My Logitec MX wireless keyboard and Logitec mouse are connected to the back of the monitor. Both work well with Mac. The Mac connects to the monitor using the USB cable (included with the monitor) and an HDMI to Thunderbold 1 adapter. Two buttons on the front of the monitor allow me to switch between my Mac and my laptop. I don't know how I used to work on a smaller screen. It's so nice to have multiple programs open without having to move application windows around. Killer handy on maps and in Photoshop.
