If you have ever seen aquascaping tools in a specialty store/aquarium department you know that they can vary in price and quality. They are perfect for my freshwater tank. The great length allows you to easily manage underwater plants as the distance reduces water disturbance so you can plant your stems in a substrate, get a single leaf at the base of a stem, or scrape a few snail eggs out of your GLASS tank (not tight press, it may scratch, not for plastic/acrylic as it scratches easily). The felt bag is convenient to store the tools. My bag arrived worn/slightly used. There are holes at the bottom of the bag that cannot be pierced with plastic tools. Would give 4 stars if the tools were used at all, I understand I bought a 'new' product. The product is still great and storing your tools in plastic doesn't detract from the performance of the bag. ;)
