This is the third time I have bought this product. It works fine the first time. The last two times I bought this product it didn't work. The company requires that we submit an RMA form and a scan of the front and back of the product in order to receive a replacement. The product is black with dark gray letters (very small) on the back. Several scans turn black. They replied that I am SOL if no usable scan is sent. The reason they told me the items didn't work was because the item was pushed into the truck to Revain upon delivery, resulting in a circuit board malfunction. One of the items was out of the 20 day warranty when I found it not working and the second one I just bought as a replacement has the same defect. I've wasted my purchase price twice - according to the company, the product range is defective when shipped to Revain. Apparently all items on the pallet are defective. It does not rate 1 star.
