Due to the price and the rating I was a bit hesitant to buy it but I am compelled to write a better review. I'm an audio/video specialist and need a laptop or sometimes two, a network switch, a set of cables, and some hand tools and meters. I needed a backpack to carry everything and this bag fits just right. Lots of storage space. It's actually bigger than the pictures and a lot bigger than other tool bags I've seen. Some people complain that it's heavy - it's no heavier than some dedicated laptop backpacks. It's 7.1 pounds. This is a big bag. Yes, because it's bigger, it can be filled and made very heavy, but you made it, not the bag. It's well built. I had never heard of dead on tools before and was a bit skeptical but it has solid zips and is well built and I expect it to wear well. The pockets are far more useful than the tiny ones found in many other tool packs; You can stuff folded cables and other stuff in there instead of a million precision screwdrivers (seriously, get ready). So I cut a piece of the plastic layer to fit the bottom of the bag and put it there. Now there shouldn't be any more problems. I don't know if it falls apart when you turn it on, but I don't want to risk it.
