I love how easy it was to use when training new staff members! The support team are always quick with any concerns we have or questions they can answer in depth as well. There were minor bugs at first, but all sorted out really quickly after contacting them directly via email (which also makes me feel like my message has been passed onto someone who knows what i'm talking about). Would highly recommend this product for small practices only if their revenue targets aren't huge- otherwise its too much hassle having multiple software programs installed/updating etc which takes time away from actually treating animals. If you're looking for something simple then go ahead. Otherwise do more research into other options available before purchasing, there will be better products than Paws around. Keeping medical records up to date - less paperwork involved, quicker turnaround times between vets visits meaning no waiting around.
