Very User Friendly Software - Would Highly Recommend

I like how easy it is to use. It is very user friendly. You can easily navigate around the software. There are many different functions within the system. The support team is very helpful as well. They will answer any questions you may have. There is nothing bad about this program. It does what it says it will do. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs an efficient program for their veterinary practice. I am able to keep track of all my patients and billings. This makes everything…

  • Easy navigation through screens
  • Has several options.
  • Keeps up with clients information, prescriptions in place etc
  • The reporting function keeps me from missing key info
  • Billing features allow quick run down reports
  • It's simple enough that even newer vets won't get lost trying
  • Lots fo help/support available if needed
Cons
  • Not good at printing invoices due too small font sizes

Easy system that helped keep our practice organized and efficient

I love how easy it was to use when training new staff members! The support team are always quick with any concerns we have or questions they can answer in depth as well. There were minor bugs at first, but all sorted out really quickly after contacting them directly via email (which also makes me feel like my message has been passed onto someone who knows what i'm talking about). Would highly recommend this product for small practices only if their revenue targets aren't huge- otherwise its too

Excellent cloud technology designed specifically for medical care environments

The ability to track all aspects from patient visit information through billing with ease! It has helped our office run more smoothly for both us as employees but also provides great benefits when it comes time to bill insurance companies or other outside parties like pharmacies. I have not found anything in particular at this point about PawS Software's software itself although there are some features available which could be used with their system if needed (I am sure they will update soon)…
