The ability to use it for both internal and external searches. It is easy to navigate and understand. It has great filtering options which makes finding what you are looking for a lot easier. I have not found anything that I dislike about this software. If you want an all-around search solution with powerful filters, look no further than TAS. You will be happy with this product. We were searching for a way to connect our intranet with the internet so that people could find information from any location. This was a big problem because we had multiple locations and people who worked remotely. This solved that issue by allowing us to easily search both internally and externally for articles and other resources.
