First of all I would like to say that the cooperation with Dog Karma was great. I received the collar and leash which I bought quickly. Unfortunately, when I ordered the collar, the clip that adjusts the collar was already broken or broke as soon as I put it on my dog. I contacted the company and they were amazing and sent a replacement. This exchange lasted about half a year when the clip somehow broke again. Other than that, the collar I bought (American flag) is beautiful and looked really good on my lab mix. He is about six months old and the material has not been worn. It's a bit dirty but looks like something I could wash if I continued to use the collar. I haven't asked for a replacement as it's already six months old but I suppose since they were so amazing the first time they will do it but I don't want to deal with it again in six months. Just a suggestion that others having trouble with the clip might want to look at other footage to work with the clip.
