The software on the box is very well thought out. But the problem is that this box often crashes when launching players like Tivimate and others. I've been on the Beelink forums regarding this and there are several recent threads about it and the issue is still not resolved. So I have to say this is a box/company to avoid at all costs. Unfortunately I'm too late to return mine so I think I'm stuck with that. I'll end up replacing this box with something more decent. Again, the problem is that in the player's TVGuide (example: Tivimate), at some point when displaying the channel guide (or group guide), your player crashes and you have to restart it. It is fully reproducible in the same places every time.
