This kit fits my 5.4L F250 with no problems. The install wasn't bad and could probably be done in less than an hour if I had to do it all over again. The quality of the plastic wasn't what I was hoping for and what I'm used to from other K&N products I've received, but after 6 months it's holding up great. I'm not sure if I've noticed an increase in performance and I'm pretty sure it hasn't helped my mileage. The "throttle response" could be a little better (but still not good), and the engine sound is a little less strained. Overall the motor could be 1% less lazy, which I thought made sense. Just remember to clean it regularly. If you let it clog (which can only take a month for me) it will end up being a lot worse than a standard filter.
