When in doubt, JUST DO IT. Sure, it's a premium price, but you get what you paid for. I have a dozen cables and lighting accessories/adapters and this did the job. Not only are the inconsistent charging headaches gone, my HDMI adapter is now working perfectly (I still have a habit of being very careful with it and I need to remind myself that it works great and I don't have to constantly fiddle with it what for a living bomb!) Also, the brush cleaned the speaker terminals surprisingly well. Don't worry if you don't get any fluff on your phone the first time you use the tools. On the second and third use, the lint and dust will weaken and begin to fall out. The only downside is that the e-liquid bottle will leak if left on its side, but there is a note in the box that addresses the issue and recommends keeping the box on its side to prevent this . Hopefully they'll fix this in a later version, but it's not a deal breaker unless you have to keep it flat. have already helped friends and family fix their connectors/adapters so the value is definitely here if you're concerned about the price.
