Review on Sylvania 3-Way Bulb (Model S1822, Part Number Y14374) by Jeremy Miller

Bought two bulbs. I plugged one into an outlet and it didn't turn on at all. I didn't check otherwise, I could return them but due to Covid I could just give up and lose my money. In addition, the manufacturer's description points out that it is a floor lamp, but with an enlarged base. I don't know who decides what the standard is, but they should have stated the size clearly. It's a 3-way mogul base, but I wanted a 3-way standard base.
