Poor quality - not suitable for real children
The product was used for an open door to keep a child outside. It took us a couple of hours and two of us to install, but we decided it was worth it. NOT SO. The clasp broke after my 9 year old closed it and it wouldn't close again. I contacted the manufacturer and they asked for photos, which I sent them immediately. This wasn't enough and they asked me to disassemble it, find the box and return it (the sticker was sent). They are not even guaranteed to send a new one until they see the damage. I assume it's a risk of online shopping, but now I know this company doesn't make durable childproof products.
