Review on πŸš— Husky Liners Weatherbeater Front & 2nd Seat Floor Mats for 2011-2015 Chevrolet Cruze and 2016 Chevrolet Cruze Limited (Black, 98161) by Bryan Sperling

Custom molded several inches

Overall I like these floors. However, for something that needs to be custom made, there are too many gaps around the edges. I drive a 2014 Chevy Cruze and even made sure the correct liners were purchased. When I installed them I was initially concerned that I did it backwards, but they weren't backwards. There is such a large gap between the trim and the edge of the door jamb, about 2-3 inches along the outside edge and 1 inch along the inside edge on the driver's side and passenger's side. I can see where the lining curves up to lay and wrap around the bottom of the door, but it sticks out and fits loosely as it's a few inches less than the outline should be. The back lining is much tighter. on the floor in front of the seats. However, the center raised portion covering the "hump" is too long, leaving a 1-2 inch gap. This causes the balaclava to hang over the hump and not actually touch the floor in front of the center seat. In summary the earbuds look good, feel good and I appreciate that they are covered by the warranty. However, I don't think they are ideal for a laser machine. At least not for my 2014 Chevy Cruze. I'm not happy with the gaps on the sides. The photos show that the liners fit snugly against the edge of the door, but that's not the case on my car; I wonder if I should have tried the WeatherTech earbuds for a few bucks more.
