I bought these to replace the original blade which was leaking and worn out. I ordered three because they were so cheap and I use them every day. However, I was a bit skeptical when I received them because the blades are longer than the original but don't feel as sharp. There is more of a dull edge versus a sharp blade like the original. In addition, the round rubber sealing insert on the inside was not attached at all. But it turned out to be easy to put on, so it's not really a problem. Your performance was way better than I ever expected! They're much better at crushing ice and tend to stir better when using large cups that don't stir with the bottom (the opposite side of the blade attachment). I used to have to blend smoothies, then shake or stir, then blend again. With it, you can easily crush and mix 20 ounce mugs without stopping the magic ball. Very happy I got three at this price!
