I use a power chair and oxygen. Since I can walk a bit, the oxygen tank needs to be in a cart that rests on the footrest of the chair. I use this bungee strap to attach a trolley to a chair. I've used other belts and they weren't as good. (The plastic on these hooks breaks and then the hooks are unreliable and pop out when they want to. Also, with these straps, the material of the strap itself is not well attached to the hooks. They wear and tear with use.) Not with these tapes. These hooks are metal and securely fastened. Also, the way the sewn end of the strap is made doesn't fray. And the length is perfect for my needs. I also know that the belt loosens a bit as we age. Being able to adjust the length accordingly would be a great benefit. I am very happy with these belts! I highly recommend them.
