Upon arrival for Computers and Accessories

Powered on but no signal on monitor. Tried with two different monitors to no avail. I doubt the manufacturer has ever tested it after assembling the parts. This is a waste of time as I have to fix errors before I can confirm he's dead. Sellers/manufacturers please do basic quality control rather than asking customers to test.
