Review on Ellocy Cream Salicylic Callus Remover by Jen Coleman

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Only from psoriasis the highest rating! For dry, cracked heels? Eh

I recently discovered I have psoriasis and it has been awful! And it was all over my neck and chest! My skin turned brownish red and started peeling off quickly, I had no hope because I know my father, who of course I inherited it directly from, has been struggling with it on my leg for years and it is so thick and scaly. that I thought it was inevitable. It didn't help that I also had eczema, so the odds were good. I've read that lactic acid helps break down dandruff buildup and also creates a "moisture barrier" that stays in place, but every time I used it my skin became more irritated, to the point of tingling and almost burning what i felt safe at first because i thought it would work on my skin but i slept with such pain it was unbearable. I also became so sensitive to clothing covering that part of my body that I considered wearing tank tops indoors all winter just to ease my misery, but of course it's so counterproductive for someone who also has eczema skin constant exposure to cold air, even dry heat. . And worst of all, I noticed the inflammation spreading to my breasts! It was hopeless. I went back to my research and read how urea can help as it is a biologically natural factor in maintaining healthy skin that is lacking in very dry skin. I tried it and my skin immediately reacted differently. My skin has less redness, dandruff and irritation. Sensitivity also decreased, so I didn't feel the urge to scratch or be reminded of pain. A little over 2 weeks of daily use, the symptoms of exacerbations disappeared! I don't feel the direct need to treat my skin as carefully as I used to. Today it is not even possible to tell where the psoriasis is located, the change in color is hardly noticeable. And when I scratch my skin, it's just an occasional itch, not a potential flare-up. I'm not even concerned that it could possibly cause this. Obviously this product has synthetically made urea and it's also good that there's salicylic acid too because it's good for my condition. Finally, they add tons of anti-inflammatory and powerfully moisturizing base ingredients like green tea, tea tree oil, aloe, and coconut oil, which I'm sure can safely help skin with reactions. I will definitely buy it just because of my psoriasis. I'd love to take a picture of my anger just to show you, but I didn't think it would help me sooner. Now to the legs? Eh I've been using it for my cracked heels since I've had it and there's no difference. I've used it after the shower and reapplied once or twice a day like I do with psoriasis and it's reduced its intensity, but they're not soft at all. I also make sure to wear socks throughout the day to keep the cream on my skin, but for now it's no different than any heavy cream. I will still wear it because it is moisturizing and it may take longer to see results but my rating for this product is high compared to what I need it for. For those who suffer from psoriasis, it is a disease of trial and error. . What works for one may not work for the other. It's been my journey and thank goodness it took me 1 try of another before this cause if that doesn't work I'll research again. But for those in need, maybe it can help!
