Used to be good and my staple for years when it was 74% cotton/26% polyester - it was comfortable and breathable, didn't let moisture through and cheap - good value for money . FOL discontinued the navy blue about two years ago so I bought the black. I didn't notice the fabric change when I bought it - I assumed it would be the same and didn't read the label. I also bought some gray ones as spares. Upon wearing, I noticed that the new ones stretch more and attract more static electricity. After washing, the new ones immediately fell in clumps. Then I noticed that he wasn't breathing either. I went back to the stores (Walmart) to check - they were all the same. Then I noticed on Revain that for this item, if no size was selected, the shirt is shown (described) as 74% cotton/26% polyester according to the composition of the old fabric; However, when a size is selected the description changes to 60% cotton/40% polyester. But the shirt received is printed with the tag 65%polyester/35%cotton, see picture, just like those sold in stores; There is a paper SKU label that says Style FOL Cotton Thermal Henley - the packaging is just a clear bag and not the typical FOL printed retail packaging. This is a big fabric change, almost a change from 74% cotton to 65%. Polyester is not a cotton shirt, it is polyester. It used to be a good shirt, but nothing more. I don't know why they made such drastic changes. Now it builds up horribly, is prone to static electricity, and isn't as breathable. upset. Will have to look for another brand.
