Delivery took a little time, approx. 2-4 weeks. When the items arrived they were stuffed with bubble wrap and newspapers. If we take a close look at each item, we have everything including sponges and scratch guards. BUT they are needed. All have been used by at least one. I've included a picture of the pan that's been used a bit more. There are clear signs of wear and all pans have scratches from sponge cleaning. I know this because I've had pots before and I know how they get when they're used. Too bad they were received this way since I paid for new products. I will keep them because I need them and I have waited a long time to get them.
