I previously gave the Zomei Q666 tripod one star because a broken plastic pad was supposed to keep the leg from falling out (but that didn't happen and it was after only a few uses). I originally bought this tripod because it was affordable and also claimed to hold up to 26 pounds. This was important to me as as my photographic skill and equipment needs increase I need a tripod that can handle heavier gear without breaking my budget. However, I don't need a sturdy, heavy-duty tripod as I tend to use it indoors occasionally, but almost always. This tripod is perfect for all of that. I contacted the seller at the end of November 2019 and received the parts within a few weeks. If the seller's support hadn't helped, I would still be looking for a new tripod, hoping to avoid similar issues with "branded" tripods at the same "branded" prices, no less. I appreciate the seller's quick response and fast shipping. You have made me a happy customer and I can't wait to use my tripod again. I've never had any other issues with a tripod and appreciate all of its features at such an affordable price (monopod, bubble level, sandbag hook, easy to use ball head and camera mounting plate, twist locks rather than cheap flip locks). which wear out over time). If you haven't received the user manual, allen wrench and nut/bolt to use the monopod, be sure to contact customer service. You have provided me with amazing customer service that many companies cannot match. I would recommend this company and this product anytime.
