Loved these. I put all the smoothie ingredients (except the liquid) in these cups and then put them in the freezer overnight. In the morning I put almond milk in the blender and then pour it back into this mug. It reduces the number of steps I have to take in the morning and I'm not a morning person and I appreciate it! So far this week I've taken them to work every day and during the day when I'm at home they're super tidy. I put 2 in the top rack of the dishwasher to check and they looked ok. I hope these are the last!
