Review on Thermalright Assassin Spirit Technology AS120 by Abhey Singh ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Perfect product for any user!

I did not dare to take pymedipipkules, so I took this under the fermented 5 3600. I needed a purely radiator, because the stock cooler (which, by the way, they swear at in the grid) immediately took off and hung up his old nokhcho. In stock, with SMT disabled at 4.2 GHz and a fixed voltage of 1.3 V, Prime 95 warms up the cores to an average of 80 degrees. The cooler runs at ~900 rpm, i. E. he is not heard. Temperature "overboard" 28-30 degrees. In the case, one cooler for the fence, two for the hood. I think that it copes with its task - in games under load, the temperature does not rise above 60 degrees. I am sure that an even greater undervolt is possible, and, as a result, lower temperatures, but I will deal with this later. Separately, I was pleased with the fastening - no stupid plastic latches, when manipulated, the heart stops from the fact that now even it will crack or break. Everything is bolted on - strong, simple and reliable. The thermal paste in the kit seemed a little thick to me, it was problematic to smear on the stone cover, often crumpled, probably because it did not degrease the surface. But in the end, in terms of temperature, I have what I wrote about above, I think that SO copes with its task more than. I recommend using it with a quality cooler to pacify the rock with a TDP of 60-100W while maintaining acoustic comfort.

Pros
  • - Price - Small and relatively low heatsink - Simple and reliable mounting for AM4 - You can throw on any standard 120 mm. cooler, latches are convenient.
Cons
  • - The base is not monolithic and not polished to a shine
