Review on CO Z Degree Machine Multifunction Sublimation by Jessica Lewis

I would like to start by saying that I am VERY disappointed with this product! What was intended to be "NEW" and "usable" heat press turned out to be anything but true! When the press came and we opened it, you could tell it had a "smell" (I thought it was ok, don't worry, maybe that's how it should smell). When we started unpacking the items inside, some of them were wrapped in plastic and some weren't. The cup/mug toppers are 2 of them damaged, 1 literally scratched with a dent on the side and the other has the inner foam torn and fallen out. The included "tool" for changing the nozzles is 3 sizes smaller than each of the screws and was literally right in the box with the push "button" to adjust the pressure you just pushed in. Then the timebox doesn't stay on the correct temperature and "shorts out" (off) and yes everything is securely fastened. Unfortunately it's a waste of money and I'm very disappointed that it doesn't work, it's literally paperweight. This needs to be fixed!
