RENEWAL; It's the second day and now ALL the caterpillars are MOVING and LIFE. We also noticed this, even though I ordered a set with 10 tracks. They sent us 12. That was really nice since it's the middle of winter and they wanted to make sure at least some of them make it in time. We now have 12 healthy GREAT BigG caterpillars. It's so active there. It's really cool for kids. We love it. I can't wait for 12 beautiful butterflies. Wanted to say THANK YOU to the seller Insect Lore for this courtesy. I can't renew it enough. We will definitely do this again in the summer. previous rating; We just received the kit and even though it's 38 degrees outside 7 out of 10 butterflies are moving. We tried to cancel the kit before it was shipped because we were concerned the weather would be too cold. You really should ONLY book if it's 55 degrees and above but since we couldn't cancel we took a chance. They arrived. Alive. Moving. These are amazing hearty little butterflies. My daughter, who is still a baby, is now very enthusiastic about butterfly farming. I cannot recommend this enough for children, especially young children. We're turning this into an at-home science lesson, and because we LOVE a very hungry caterpillar, this is the perfect transition. We will definitely repeat it with the right weather. Spring. But SO happy they made it in the cold of New York. This is a nice project for kids. Many Thanks
