Acquired to climb 3 flights of stairs. had reasonable expectations; I didn't expect him to fly up the stairs to me. There's no way this thing can carry more than 15 pounds on God's green earth. It becomes too unstable even with additional rubber cords to attach. The bags fell down a few times because the wheels are stuck and the item itself is too thin. I need a regular car but I returned it. Edit: The company offered to send me another model to remove my negative review. I'm not looking for free stuff of little value; I want to pay for things that work.
