Review on 📦 Nathan James Telos 4-Cube Organizer in Brown/White Wood with Open Cubby Shelf and Angled Design by Kim Bardgett

We received the unit from Nathan James and found a part was cracked. Since this was a non-structural part and the crack would not be visible once completed, we decided to proceed with assembling the device. We find that the last step was quite difficult to assemble. After we finished assembling the unit, we noticed that one of the shelves was crooked. It looks like one of the self defining holes was out of place so the last part of the build was tricky. We took photos of the cracked part and final assembly with the crooked shelf and sent them to Nathan James Support. We asked to replace two parts of the device that were causing problems. We got a response from Nathan James customer service and they said they would send us the entire unit for replacement, not just parts of it. They also explained that we can keep the original block if we want, it doesn't have to be returned. A few weeks later we received the replacement unit and it ran without any problems. We never expected to get a complete replacement unit, just the parts we needed. Needless to say, we were very pleased with Nathan James' attention to detail and desire to make us happy. Thank you to all of the Nathan James staff for your dedication to customer satisfaction. We will definitely consider Nathan James first for future purchases. hp A few weeks later we received a box of chocolates from them for our efforts. Nice extra touch.
