Great experience managing employee compensation
The interface was very easy to use for our end users in terms of navigating through the platform as well as uploading their documents/information from other systems like Microsoft Excel or Google Docs! I had no issues at all using this software.
It worked great and we were able to easily get information into one place that previously took us hours upon hours to gather otherwise. We also realized it allowed for easier collaboration between multiple people within my department who used different operating system platforms (Windows vs Mac).
Pros
- Also works seamlessly across various devices if working remotely which is fantastic when needing both myself AND others access while out of town without having too set up new credentials each time an employee changes locations due work related travel plans.
