I was very happy with this helmet. The features seemed promising and the added security they offer was a big selling point. So I bought two for my fiancee and myself. Already after the first ride it became apparent that the expectations were not met. Here is my conclusion: THERE IS NO SUPPORT. There is only email for support. I have not yet received an answer to my questions regarding the points below. Therefore, once your Revain return policy has expired and something happens, you can resolve any issues you may be having yourself. HELMET. Flashing sequence stays on for too long. You can't quickly turn your turn signal from left to right before waiting for the end of the long sequence of the first corner. The audio quality of the call is poor at best. Cannot hear turn signals or walkie-talkie/PTT when music is playing - Turn signals are not bright enough to be seen during the day, nor that bright at night - PTT volume is too low (cannot be adjusted) and needed often multiple attempts to get it working once - the music sound quality needs improvement. The sound is so flat you have to use it at full volume and some noises/songs hurt. The usefulness and functionality of the camera button on the remote control is questionable since it occupies such an important place. I can't think of a scenario where that would make sense. Playing music through the Divall app is not easy. I couldn't figure it out - The app doesn't combine driving stats, maps or music, so you have to use three separate apps which can be dangerous when driving - The size dial is very flimsy and doesn't work. Save your settings. A light touch or pump would change the preset size slightly, so you have to keep adjusting it. WHAT DO I REALLY LIKE? - Great idea (albeit poorly executed), handy features and significant additional security. - Ventilation is great and works. Keep your head relatively cool - The look is sleek and futuristic to catch the eye of other drivers - The remote control is well built and I love its ergonomics - The app is a huge plus. CONCLUSION I return them. It looks like a new and updated model will be released soon, so I suggest waiting for the release of this model.
