The 2032 lithium battery in the remote control was DOA, please fully charge the helmet before use.

Update: The bling remote was broken - it drains the 2032 battery every week. I am returning the remote control for replacement. When the battery is new, the helmet, directional cues, and helmet Bluetooth audio controls are excellent. I swapped the 2032 cell in the remote (was dead before the power tipping point) and charged the helmet until the flashing charging light went out and installed the LIVALL app on my Samsung Note 8, everything works and it's still great! I was looking for a helmet after recently buying a bike. After a lot of those $20-$50 helmets I used started cracking and falling apart, I decided to invest more money in a better one. Everything goes back to normal after finding this smart helmet. It offers more than I need, but I look forward to exploring more features in the future. Ideal when you need a helmet with non-functional features and breakthroughs!

This product is scrap: 1.) You can't talk about it (excessive wind noise). 3.) If you press "volume up" ten times on the remote control (which will of course be tilted), then it says ten times that the volume is at maximum. Never annoying! 4.) There is no way to skip songs from the remote control. 5.) Does not stop the left or right turn signal immediately after pressing the remote control. 6.) Has a camera function. I do not understand. I was very happy with this helmet. The features seemed promising and the added security they offer was a big selling point. So I bought two for my fiancee and myself. Already after the first ride it became apparent that the expectations were not met. Here is my conclusion: THERE IS NO SUPPORT. There is only email for support.
