Vidimo has been able to handle all my needs in one place! I can easily search for an incident or case using keywords/tags that are relevant to me at any given time - so when it comes up again later, i dont have to look through pages upon pages just trying find what im looking for. The system is easy enough even new users like myself could figure things out without needing help from anyone else within our organization ( which we did not get). It would be nice if there was more customization options available outside of standard templates but thats probably something they will add down the road once its proven successful with their current customers who need this type of functionality now. We've found ourselves having issues keeping track of incidents over the years- especially after adding additional departments into our org structure where many cases were being opened by different staff members each day.
