I like how easy it is for me to find what i want in this software. The customer support can be great at times but sometimes they are not so helpful if you need them fasted than others companies that provide services that do exactly have your best interest at hand with all their staff available 24/7 around the world! There's nothing bad about vidimomo other then maybe its price tag could be lower or better service should also come along side these amazing products we use to run our business…

Vidimo has been able to handle all my needs in one place! I can easily search for an incident or case using keywords/tags that are relevant to me at any given time - so when it comes up again later, i dont have to look through pages upon pages just trying find what im looking for. The system is easy enough even new users like myself could figure things out without needing help from anyone else within our organization ( which we did not get). It would be nice if there was more customization…
