I have 120v electronics and have taken them to Belgium and Sweden (both 230v). When I plugged it in, the first thing I noticed was that it was quite noisy, then I noticed my straightener would turn on for a second and then just shut off because there was no power being delivered. I then tested other electronics (game consoles, charging adapters, mini fans, etc.) and made sure the only electronics I can use with this buck converter are electronics that don't require a higher voltage to operate. . Nothing but my charging adapter could be turned on with it for more than a second. Bad design or bad block? I will update my customer service review later. - Update (10/21/2019) - still nothing. I strongly recommend using a different product.
