Less than I expected

The voice recorder does not meet my expectations. It records, but only from the built-in radio or from external sources, ie. MP3, etc. There is no option to record speech from the built-in or external microphone, which is what I expected from the online description. But I'm keeping it because the playback sound is good and I still have some old tapes that I'd like to listen to again.

The speakers on this Boombox have a shallow sound. Without the base, the sound is not very good.
