Review on πŸ•ΉοΈ Genesis Retro Brick Raspberry Pi Case: 336 Bricks for RetroPie, Sega Gaming on Pi 4B, 3B, 3B+, 2B by Marquel Rubio

Good solid bricks at an unbelievable price.

I was able to purchase this set of 338 bricks for $8 which is an amazing price for so many bricks. The stones themselves are of very good quality. After assembling the set, it feels solid and I'm not afraid of stones falling off. I've placed the RaspberryPi 3 next to the case to give you an indication of how large the set is. Cons: These cons are minor things (in my opinion) and won't stop me from buying this. to open it to pick up the Raspberry Pi. You'll have to disassemble the kit a bit to put the Pi in. However, the instructions require that you place the Pi in the kit halfway through assembly. I just decided against it.- Instruction pictures: some of the pictures are blurry and sometimes it can be difficult to know which parts you need (1x2 or 2x4) but just think a little and you will move on to the next step. - No airflow. If you use this I would recommend using heatsinks. Also, I would NOT recommend using a Pi4 as the Pi4 gets hot even when idling (at least on mine). Also note that when the Pi is in a case, you won't have access to the miniSD card unless you remove it from the case. All other ports are available. As I said, the downsides are minimal and won't put me off this case. The brick is strong and of good quality.
