We bought this replacement controller because one of the original controllers that came with our Vive system broke and the customer service sucks. We wanted to be able to at least play this thing while waiting for their support team to work out any issues with us. Well, very bad! Not only is the customer support a constant distraction, the replacement controller doesn't work either! The controller connects to the system but doesn't monitor, so there's no way to play. For such an expensive system, that's definitely bullshit. I can't believe I paid so much money for a controller that doesn't even work and a VR system that I can't play. I will never buy another HTC product again.
