I liked the idea of using a glass water jug and refill filter. However, the glass is too thin and therefore fragile. I noticed this issue when I first received it and made sure to put it down very carefully. However after a few months of use it broke when I put it on the counter and now it's completely useless and a waste of money. It's a good idea, but poorly executed. There is no way I would recommend it unless the jug is recycled.
