So this product works as advertised. My cables are hidden, which is good. Mission accomplished. But the instructions didn't make it any easier. They are incomplete and have left me with a lot of rework. Much more than necessary. For example, which part goes up and which part goes down? Does the socket go through the bracket from above? Or near the ground? Are sockets installed to the right or left of the cut-out? Are the media cables routed in the same box as the power cables? The answer is no, but that's not in the instructions. Are they mounted upside down? Once installed I think they should have been but the instructions don't say so. All in all a terrible installation experience but the product works.
