Gives wall panels and accessories a tidy look

Looks great and does the job. One star deducted for the lack of a wiring diagram. Luckily, the screws are color-coded, just like light switches and socket screws. But the lack of a schematic would make this difficult for someone with no electrical experience.

Pros
  • Excellent construction
Cons
  • Quality

Poorly made junk

Installs OK. But it was almost impossible to get into the socket and plug. After a lot of fumbling and other nonsense, finally connected a TV to it. Completely without function. I had to bypass this junk with a long cord in the wall. Now it's hanging on my wall behind the TV, taking up space.

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • Available in white only

Electrical boxes are cheap and should be avoided

The plastic on both electrical boxes breaks easily. Not only are the wings holding the box to the drywall broken, but so are the tabs holding the wire securely. Not one tab, but all eight (4 in each box). It even happened when I was VERY careful. This results in a serious rule infraction as the electrical cable (Romex) is not fixed in the box and can be pulled out or fall out, exposing the bare wire in the wall. I picked up the same but higher quality boxes at the hardware store and they worked

  • Few competitors

Terrible instructions

So this product works as advertised. My cables are hidden, which is good. Mission accomplished. But the instructions didn't make it any easier. They are incomplete and have left me with a lot of rework. Much more than necessary. For example, which part goes up and which part goes down? Does the socket go through the bracket from above? Or near the ground? Are sockets installed to the right or left of the cut-out? Are the media cables routed in the same box as the power cables? The answer is no,

High performance and cable management for flat panel TV wall mounting

The built in professional flat panel TV wall mounted power cable management system was a lifesaver. The kit included everything needed to run power cords and cables in the wall, making for a clean install. At first I was a bit concerned that the cable entry holes might be a bit small for the amount of different cables I run to the TV. But I had no problem connecting 3 HDMI cables, an Ethernet cable, an optical audio cable and 2 RCA cables for remote headsets. Installation was pretty easy and it

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Protection

Does the job, easy peasy!

I am a trained industrial mechanic. I didn't want the cable to be visible to my new TV. I have a separate cable box and surround sound system. I have a Romex power cable, two HDMI cables (one for the cable, one for the eArc to the surround receiver), a center channel speaker cable and a TOSLINK (Digital Audio to Surround Receiver) cable and one unused (spare -) 14ga . (just in case) through the wall above my fireplace. I placed the cable box on two simple shelves. A high-quality power strip…

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

TERRIBLE guide. but not impossible to find out

This was my first electrical project. The first set I ordered didn't sit snugly against the wall and the tabs preventing it from falling off the wall broke immediately. So I ordered this kit that was. better. Looks better but the instructions are terrible. I'm sure more experienced folks had no problem, but I've included some photos and tips for folks like me. With some advice I was finally able to install it myself and it looks very good. Tips: The wires are a little bare, but it would be nice

Pros
  • Stable test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
