Pros: Bought a very good home security system. Outstanding quality in feel and appearance. Everything worked right out of the box. The picture these cameras produce is excellent. Night vision is incredible too. Each camera was recognized immediately when roughly connected. Cons: No instruction manual included. Unless you are very computer/electronics savvy, you will likely need help. Our system basically works, but does not use all the functions that it is capable of. I'd like to be able to see the cameras on my phone when I'm not home, but I'm having trouble getting this to work. In my experience, customer support is via email. However, in the last message I received, they offered to call me. The system has many features that can be customized, which is good, but it also helps make the system quite complex.
