Well built and easy to assemble.
The entire stand is solid and balanced. Even putting the stand together you could feel how solid the parts were and I wasn't overly concerned about the possibility of those parts failing. I was able to mount a 49" TV on it and assemble it myself in 20 minutes. The only thing that bothered me about the whole stand and build was that the 2 screws holding the base to the shaft felt like plastic. They were very light and sounded like plastic/PVC material. It can be light metal and they feel strong enough for the job. Still 5 star rating.
