The assembly instructions are fairly simple. No tools were needed. Lots of extra wear. I would buy the product again if needed.

If you have a newer TV this stand might work. I bought this for an older Hitachi 55" TV that had wider holes and this stand did fit, but it didn't! It looked like a good stand but may not work on an old TV. You might be better off with one that isn't braces like these.

My stand arrived a full week ahead of schedule on Sunday so super fast shipping is a plus. All parts are present, none broken. I assembled it in about half an hour. Instead of a screwdriver from the kit, I used my own. easier to handle. in general. it easily supports a 42-inch flat screen. Very happy with it. This thing is for heavy duty!

Claw assembly if you have the time; if you're not in a hurry Apply a little liquid dish soap to screws etc. to make them easier to tighten. The instructions are relatively simple, but you must pay attention to reduce the assembly time. Also, keep a spirit level nearby as you may need to adjust the TV a bit from left to right after the assembly is complete. I would definitely buy it again.

The entire stand is solid and balanced. Even putting the stand together you could feel how solid the parts were and I wasn't overly concerned about the possibility of those parts failing. Should be sufficient for small TVs of 43 inches or smaller. Easy to assemble, but with no adjustment other than height, this is not a true all-round stand. The screen is tilted up. To fix this I would need to make standoffs to move the top of the TV away from the stand. I regret the purchase and will not buy another one.
