I've had this in my nose for about 5 days now and no problems so far! It also looks cute and simple. Exactly what I was looking for. I have 6mm and could possibly have chosen 7 but wanted it to fit my nose. Because it's so tight it was a little difficult to put on, but that's due to the size I chose, not the clasp itself. I really like this style of hoops/clasps and will continue to buy them. My only complaint (if you can call it that) is that the rose gold is perhaps a little more yellow than rose gold, which is what I was expecting. Although I really like the look, it's still not yellow gold. Also, I have very sensitive skin and haven't had any issues with it, so I can only assume it's surgical steel as they claim.
